NCSc is pleased to announce that we have relocated from Owings Mills to the Courthouse Square Building in downtown Baltimore, Maryland.
We are proud to be joining the effort to bring more hi-tech firms into the city, and we are committed to recruiting and hiring from the neighborhood surrounding our new headquarters.
